Information We Collect #
Information You Provide #
- Account Information: Email address, name, company name, and payment information when you create an account
- API Keys: Generated keys for authenticating with our services
Information Collected Automatically #
When session recording is enabled on forms using our SDK, we collect:
- Session Recordings: Mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and form interactions
- IP Address: Including geolocation data (city, region, country, coordinates)
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution
- Network Information: ISP, organization, proxy/VPN detection
Information from Third Parties #
- OAuth Providers: When you sign in with Google, GitHub, or Microsoft, we receive your email and profile information from those services
How We Use Your Information #
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide Services: Generate consent certificates, session replays, and verification data
- Process Payments: Bill for usage via Stripe
- Improve Services: Analyze usage patterns and optimize performance
- Communicate: Send service updates, security alerts, and support responses
- Compliance: Meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests
Data Retention #
- Consent Certificates: Retained for the duration of your subscription plus 7 years (standard retention period for legal documentation)
- Session Recordings: Stored in S3-compatible object storage for the retention period specified in your plan
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion request
Retention periods require an active subscription. Data may be deleted if subscription lapses.
Data Sharing #
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:
- With Service Providers: Stripe (payments), cloud infrastructure providers (hosting)
- For Legal Compliance: When required by law, subpoena, or court order
- With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing
Security #
We implement industry-standard security measures:
- Encryption: TLS 1.3 for data in transit, AES-256 for data at rest
- Access Controls: Role-based access, API key authentication
